UV Index 0-2: 90+ minutes

Step 2

UV Index 3-5: 60 minutes

Step 3

UV Index 6-7: 30 minutes

Step 4

UV Index 8-10: 15-20 minutes

Step 5

UV Index 11+: 10 minutes or less
